This option include two deliveries 1st Delivery :Full payment is required on this delivery and you will receive any instock items , if there are no instock items the driver will just collect the payment 2nd Delivery:when your pre- order item/s arrive , you will be notified ,where you will receive your pre-order items and any instock items ordered ,full payment for instock items is needed |

| Why do some preorders say "No Downpayment Needed" | These are item/s that you can order in advance of them arriving ,they are available on the website when most items are out of stock you can preorder your favorites. They don't require any downpayments and you will be contacted when it arrives |
| What Happens if I order both non-downpayment pre-orders and instock items? | The default process is that we at Sinogen will send instock items and reserves together.So when the reserves arrive ,only then will everything be sent to customer.
To get instock items immediately ,any delivery fees would be charged twice,please contact us to utilize this option |
